1. Returns

You may return items purchased from AfriTrade Express under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must accompany all returns.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., personal care items)

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • If more than 10 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.

Partial Refunds:
In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at support@afritradexpress.com with proof of damage, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will not be included.
  • If you are returning an item over $100, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund Exceptions

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
